Terms and Conditions of Sale

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

Payment in full is required at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include credit card and other options listed at checkout.

Applicable sales tax, shipping, and handling fees will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the Customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

Prescription medications may be subject to additional shipping restrictions, including signature requirements.

Prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, except where required by law or in the case of Seller error.

Non-prescription products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

All returns require prior authorization from Paw & Pestle Customer Support.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to Seller error.

Customers may cancel orders before shipment.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the returns process, if eligible.

Paw & Pestle reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to regulatory restrictions, inventory shortages, or non-payment.

Prescription medications are only dispensed if a valid Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR) exists in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

The prescribing veterinarian must approve all prescription orders before shipment.

Paw & Pestle acts solely as a fulfillment intermediary and does not establish a VCPR or provide medical advice.

Paw & Pestle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from the purchase, delivery, or use of products.

Products must be used only as directed by the prescribing veterinarian or manufacturer. Misuse voids any applicable warranties.

Paw & Pestle's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
