If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible through the chat feature in your account or by emailing support@pawandpestle.com. We process orders quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of making changes before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may be eligible for a return.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information . You can also view your order status and tracking details by logging into your Paw & Pestle account and navigating to "Orders". All orders placed before 2 PM ET ship the same business day, and most orders arrive within 2 business days.

Requesting a refill is simple:
- Log into your Paw & Pestle account
- Navigate to "Prescriptions" and find the medication you need refilled
- Click "Request Refill", this opens a direct chat with your veterinarian
- Your vet will review and approve your request, often within hours
Requesting a new prescription is simple and takes just a few steps:
- Step 1 : Log into your Paw & Pestle account and tap "Messages" to start a chat with your veterinarian
- Step 2 : Select the pet who needs the prescription
- Step 3 : Choose "New Prescription" as your request type
- Step 4 : Describe your pet's symptoms or needs in the message field
Your veterinarian will review your request and respond, often within hours.
They may approve the prescription directly, ask follow-up questions, or let you know if an in-person examination is needed to maintain a valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship (VCPR).
Once approved, you'll receive a notification and the prescription will appear in your "Prescriptions" tab with a green "Ready to Order" badge, ready for immediate purchase.
